Enlighten IT Consulting (EITC), a MacAulay Brown company is looking for an experienced Finance Analyst / Contracts Administrator with strong pricing experience. The ideal candidate will provide contract support and pricing solutions to EITC customers through the Business Development and account management channels. Will use information resources regarding customer needs, historical data, market conditions, and internal margin/ revenue targets to review solicitations, prepare cost proposals, ROMs and delivery order type cost proposals using Excel spreadsheets and Word; in accordance with basic contract, RFP instructions and FAR or OTA guidelines. Prepares and maintains contractual data in Costpoint. Administers current contracts, task orders and modifications. Interacts with Program Managers, PCO/ buyers, and support functions to ensure contract compliance. Solicits and obtains quotes from subcontractors as needed in support of pricing efforts.  Also participates in strategic business decisions regarding opportunities. Must be able to provide quick turn pricing to management and customers. 

Coordinate with Business Development and Program Managers to ensure profitability and compliance. Support presentations to management for large pricing efforts. Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations. Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the industry via information obtained from financial publications and services, government agencies, and company resources.

Requirements:
Security Clearance:
  • Secret level security clearance is required and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in pricing, proposal preparation and contracts administration
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, and proficient in Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR
  • Government defense contracts experience required (i.e. Teaming Agreements, NDAs, etc.)
  • Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and ability to identify/ implement process and system enhancements.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field desired but not required
  • Experience with Government approved purchasing system desired
  • CFCM or CPCM desired but not required
  • Experience in Costpoint highly desired
